Our Simple & Easy Design Process
Manufacturing
Our one piece in-ground fiberglass swimming pools are constructed using only the most proven gel coats and vinyl ester resins available. This, combined with an average thickness that is greater than industry standards, allows us to produce what we believe is one of the strongest and most reliable pools available on the market.
Pool Types
There are three types of pool construction processes for in-ground swimming pools. These three pool types are fiberglass, vinyl liner and concrete (shotcrete). Each of these three pool types of construction have their pros and cons when it comes to the installation process, structural integrity and general maintenance.
Space & Design
What can you expect when you purchase a fiberglass swimming pool? Barrier Reef Fiberglass Pools LLC does not install pools, we only manufacture them. As a manufacturer we choose to work with the best installers who have the experience necessary to install a fiberglass pool.
Pool Transport
Barrier Reef Fiberglass Pools LLC. provides transportation services to our distribution yards in Texas, Alabama, Ohio, Illinois, Tennessee, and Ontario Canada. We have been transporting our fiberglass pools and spas for over 30 years and take the greatest care in managing that process. We follow a five step transportation process.
Installation
A design template that is the exact size and shape of the pool you purchased will be used to layout the placement of your fiberglass in ground pool. A dig print is used for the excavation that is specific for your pool’s design and shape. The hole is dug meticulously to prevent needing an unnecessary amount of back-fill, and compacted to prevent unwanted settling.
